About ROCIC
ROCIC is one of six Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) centers, serving
thousands of law enforcement member agencies in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia,
Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee,
Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands.
ROCIC and the RISS Program offer law enforcement agencies and officers a full range
of services, from the beginning of an investigation to the ultimate prosecution
and conviction of criminals. ROCIC provides services and resources that directly
impact law enforcement's ability to successfully resolve criminal investigations
and prosecute offenders, while promoting officer safety.
