The Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC) is a Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Center which offers law enforcement agencies and officers full-service delivery, from the beginning of an investigation to the ultimate prosecution and conviction of criminals. It has been a proven, trusted resource for law enforcement for more than 40 years.

Collect and evaluate intelligence information and evidence received by the Center from submitting agencies on audio, video, digital-recording devices, and photographic format.
Analyze and extract images and/or video of evidentiary value.
Clarify audio, video, and/or images in accordance with best known practices and forensic standards.
Produce automated analysis as requested, according to established ROCIC procedures.
Review submitted evidence for authentication and clarity.
Document forensic examination findings to include procedures used, observations, analysis and results of examination.
Record accurate logs of analysis work should court testimony be required.
