- Where will the general session be located? All conference presentations will be held in the Grand Ballroom CDEF of the DoubleTree Hotel.
- What dining options are available in the surrounding area? There are several dining options on site as well as nearby restaurants.
- What is the dress for the conference? Attire may range from casual, to business casual, to professional dress according to the preference of the attendee and any policy from their agency.
Hotel and Transportation
Training registration and all presentations will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa-Warren Place located at 6110 S. Yale Ave, Tulsa, OK 74136.
Group Rate: $107 + tax per night
Self-Parking Rate: $6/per day
The group rate is available until May 24 2024, or until the room block has been filled, whichever comes first.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa- Warren Place does not provide an airport shuttle.
Registration
*Attendees are responsible for lodging, meals and travel.
MOCIC/ROCIC training and information sharing events are restricted to full time employed law enforcement and prosecutorial personnel, to include investigative and analytical support staff. Private security, contract, reserve, auxiliary, and part time employees are not eligible for attendance.
There is no registration fee for this training and has a limited number of seats available. If you will be unable to attend, please be courteous and email Tammy Kittrell at tkittrell@rocic.riss.net to cancel your registration so that we can make your spot available to someone else. We would like as many officers as possible to be able to take advantage of this free opportunity.
